After-Sale Service Policy  

 

To our honored customers,

Many thanks for choosing our products.

In order to provide you satisfied services and also protect your rights, please read this after-sale service policy carefully:

 

1. Products sold by Derman-led within warranty period (begins on the date of arrival) will be free of charge for maintenance.

 

2. This warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, except the following conditions:
a. Improper maintenance or modification;
b. Spare parts or supplies not provided or supported by Derman-led;
c. Unauthorized modification or misuse.
d. Hostile operation environments, or natural disaster such as thunder, fire, flood and other acts of God.
e. Damage of the appearance of the products.
f. Uncrating, setup, installation or the removal and re-installation of products after repair.

If your requirement for warranty subject to conditions listed above, we will collect relevant maintaining cost. Detailed charge will be confirmed based on particular cases.

 

3. If our products have some existence quality problems within 3 months since the date of purchasing, customers can change new products or components for free;

 

4. If use after 3 months but within the warranty period, the power device of LED light occur some abnormal issues and make our product cannot work normally, we will offer new power device to replace for free. Changing method can be consulted and determined according to the particular cases;

 

5. If use after 3 months but within the warranty period, the LED light source occur serious faded or cannot work, we will offer a new light source to replace for free. Changing method can be consulted and determined according to the particular cases;

Note: LED depreciation ratio and other related parameters evaluations should base on the working conditions of LED light and working time which calculated within 12 hours per day.

 

6. Within the warranty period, if the same type product can’t be offered for stopping production, bad damaged condition that unable to be repaired or other factors, we can provide new products at same level or higher level to replace. The price gap, which generated from the price of normal buying, should be complemented.

Notice: the same level means technique and specification but not related with price, the same as below.

 

 

7. For the products exceed warranty period, we can offer paid maintenance services. But if products are damaged seriously, or lack of accessories supply or other uncontrollable factors causes unable to be repaired, we will no longer offer maintenance service;

 

 

8. The right of amendment and interpretation to this policy belongs to Shenzhen Derman Lighting Co. Ltd;

 

9. This after-sale service policy is only applicable to products ordered after Aug. 1st, 2010.
